After the Sun sets- بعد المغرب

Limited Edition: 1/5. This print was part of a series titled 'Transcedance', which was exhibited in the Bunker building in Copenhagen. Hosted and curated by Re:arc Institute.

Through a window of a landing spaceship we catch the sky just as it begins exhibiting signs of sunset. The sky, the clock and the hue of light seem familiar but slightly obscured to Earth’s idiosyncrasy. Could it be a different planet, galaxy we have arrived at?  Nonetheless a delicate prayer mat and some burning bakhoor have been rested at what seems like a post-maghreb prayer moment of gratitude, evident that a resident here has made a home out of their spacecraft in transit.
